How It Works

No coding required. Just describe your situation.

  1. You describe the problem "I have a website on Squarespace. I want to move it somewhere cheaper." Or: "I waste 4 hours a week writing proposals that all look the same."
  2. AI asks the right questions Instead of guessing what you need, the AI interviews you — like a consultant would. It figures out the details so you don't have to.
  3. We build it together You watch (or drive, if you want to learn). Within a session or two, you have a working thing — deployed, functional, yours.
  4. You keep going on your own You'll understand enough to make changes, add features, or tackle the next project. And I'm an email away if you get stuck.

Common Questions

Do I need any technical background?

No. The "Build With Me" sessions assume you're starting from scratch. If you know what a terminal is, great. If not, we'll get you there in the first 10 minutes.

What kinds of projects can we build?

Websites, internal tools, workflow automations, data processing, proposal generators — basically anything that lives on a computer. The most common is website migrations, but I've done everything from shirt design builders to booking systems.

Is this virtual or in-person?

Both. 1-on-1 sessions are typically via video call. Team workshops can be in-person if you're in the Austin area.

What if my project is bigger than one session?

The "Build With Me" package scales from 90 minutes to 4 hours and can be split across sessions. For bigger projects, we'll scope it on the free call and find the right fit.

Do I need to buy any software?

You'll need a Claude subscription ($20/month for Pro, $100/month for Max). A free GitHub and Cloudflare account if we're deploying a website. That's it.

What's the difference between this and your AI Training?

AI Training is about learning to use AI tools in your daily work. Workshops are about building a specific thing — you come with a project and leave with a working result. Some people do both.
